 Main features and Application field:
 
Valve steel is a subbranch of heat resistant steels, the special material is for processing the vent valve & intake valve of combustion engines. This steel material is always under the high temperature 450 ~ 900℃ and in the operating conditions of 3000~7000kPa explosion pressure. It longly stands up to the gas-fired high temperature corrosion,scouring of gasoline,diesel and also friction from valve seats. Hence, the valve steel material must have enough heat resistance,high temperature resistance corrosivity,inoxidizability,abrasive resistance and impact resistance under the highest working temperature.
