Heat treatment and microstructure specifications
Heat treatment specifications: 1) annealing, 800 ~ 900 ℃ about 750 ℃ slow cooling or rapid cooling; 2) quenching (solid solution), 950 ~ 1000 ℃ oil cooling; 3) temper, 700 ~ 750 ℃ rapid cooling.
Microstructure: Organizing for the ferrite.
