For example: ¢ 50 50 × 50 × 0.00609 = 15.23Kg / m

★ Diameter × diameter × 0.00623 = kg / m (for 301 303 304 316 316L 321)

For example: ¢ 50 50 × 50 × 0.00623 = 15.575Kg / m

Stainless steel profiles, theoretical formulas

◆ hexagonal bar on the side × opposite side × 0.0069 = Kg / m

◆ square bar wide width × width × 0.00793 = Kg / m

Stainless steel pipe, theoretical calculation formula

○ (outer diameter - wall thickness) × wall thickness × 0.02491 = Kg / m

For example, ¢ 57 × 3.5 (57-3.5) × 3.5 × 0.02491 = 4.66Kg / m

Standard calculation formula for stainless steel pipe

Pipe (outer diameter - wall thickness) X wall thickness X0.02491 = weight per meter

Round steel outside diameter X outside diameter X0.00623 = weight per meter

Pipe pressure = wall thickness ※ OD X416 = MPa X9.8 = kg with 30%

Square tube of the formula is: 0.0246615 * (side length * 4 ÷ 3.14 - thickness) * thickness. If it is a rectangular tube, the formula is: 0.0246615 * {(length + width) * 2 ÷ 3.14 - thickness} * thickness
