Pressure grading of cold pressed stainless steel pipe fittings

The pressing force of the cold pressed stainless steel pipe fittings can be drawn from the following conclusions:
(1) the pipe bending force of cold pressed stainless steel pipe fittings can be roughly divided into eight stages.
For example: Phi 32 to diameter 45 mm diameter pipe bending force for 30 tons of Phi Phi 57 to Pago mm diameter of pipe bending force of 40 tons; Phi 76 to Phi 89 mm diameter of pipe bending force is 100 tons, Phi 108 to Phi 133 mm diameter of pipe, bend force for 118 tons;
Phi 159 to Phi 168 mm diameter pipe bending force is 165 tons, Phi 219 mm diameter of pipe bending force for 405 tons, Phi 273mm caliber pipe bending force for 830 tons,
(2) the pipe fittings with the same pipe diameter and the nominal pressure are required to suppress the bending force.
For example: the pipe diameter of 45 mm diameter tube thickness is 3 and 3.5 mm are wanted to be pressed bending force is the same. Diameter Phi mm 273 X12 and 273x13 pressing force are 830 tons, the diameter Phi 159 x 6 and phi 159 x 5 tube bending force for 165 tons, bending force of 89 x diameter phi and phi 89x6 mm pressing fittings to 1-01 tons and so on.
(3) the bending force before the bending process of stainless steel pipe cold pressure required for the upper and lower die are 1/4. When the closure, which is a moment of pipe wall and the lower tire curved surface fitting, the bending force soared to a maximum.
For example: mm diameter phi 273x12 cold pressing stainless steel pipe bending force for 830 tons, but in the pressing process of most of the stage, the bending is only 400 tons, and the upcoming molding, a rapid increase to 830 tons. (4) the bending force of cold pressed stainless steel pipe fittings is compared with that of hot pressed carbon steel alloy steel pipe. The bending strength of cold pressed stainless steel pipe fittings is two to three times as much as that of hot pressing.

For example: diameter Phi 32 x 3 mm hot pressing carbon steel, alloy steel pipe fittings required pipe bending force is 11 tons, and the cold stainless steel pressure pipe fittings need 30 tons, the diameter Phi 159 mm hot pressing carbon steel, alloy steel pipe fittings of bending force for 51 tons, and the cold stainless steel pressure pipe fittings of bending force for 165 tons, diameter Phi 273 x 12 mm hot pressing carbon steel, alloy steel pipe fittings of the bending force of 240 tons, and the cold stainless steel pressure pipe to 830 tons.
